Customer Retention Programme.
This new and innovative programme sponsored by
emda The East Midlands Development Agency,
consists of two parts. Customer Retention
Workshops Free to the first 100 Businesses who
attend. A Series of these will be held
throughout the East Midlands, followed by a 87% funded
in-house support programme for the first 30
Businesses signing up.

The
‘Employer of Choice’ project, to be delivered by
MCCR and Associates over the twelve months to March
2008, will enable fifteen large companies to analyse
their performance in recruitment and retention. By
accessing expert help and advice in this field,
senior managers will be able to make comparisons
with other companies and identify areas for
improvement.
