Began my career as a Systems Analyst/Programmer.

product development, project management, training
and support. In 1990, I joined a leading UK Heat
Treatment company as IT manager, where I developed
an end-to-end system for the company that
integrated all business functions, while providing
technical support to users. From 2005 I became
the Operations Manager for the company, which
involved workforce management, quality auditing,

Comments: |
I have
a keen interest in how companies actually work and
the processes required to improve them. Locally,
I've been a school governor for the last 15 years
and have recently joined a charity as director with
responsibility for IT.
I'm based in the East Midlands but can usually get
to most areas quite easily if necessary. |
