I am especially skilled at understanding the drivers behind a company’s profits and using that knowledge to create a focused strategy which ensures the management team put their efforts where their profit is.

I have been in Financial Management in Industry for over 20 years.  My most recent employment was as a Finance Director for a £70m printing company.  I managed a £14m turnaround project for them, which improved their profits by 640%, increased their cash by £3m and reduced their overdue debts from 28% to 8%.  As part of the role I was responsible for strategic planning, and managed the IT, MIS and Commercial Depts in addition to Finance. 

 

I now help SMEs manage their financial performance by providing an outsourced accounts facility, and help them improve their profits through consultancy as a finance director and general business mentor.
