I have worked with quality management systems (QMS)
for over 35 years and used my knowledge and
understanding of business requirements to help
clients implement effective processes in the
management of products and services.
The key services provided include the design,
development, implementation and maintenance of
quality management systems to meet ISO 9001.
Additional services include auditing of quality
management systems, part time quality manager,
training of internal auditors and general quality
requirements. I am a registered lead assessor with
the International Register of Certificated Auditors
(IRCA) which allows me to carry out assessments on
behalf of third party certification bodies.
I am registered with the Yorkshire and Humber
Supplier Register – Quality Assured Standard. |

Career Background: |
I left my job with the Ministry of Defence where
I had worked as a full time assessor of
contractors to the MoD in both Defence Standards
and Allied Quality Assurance Publications to run
my own business. For the past 20 years I have
used my skills and understanding of the
requirements of recognised standards such as ISO
9001 to assist clients to implement management
systems which improve products and service
quality, customer satisfaction, cost reduction,
analysis, corrective action, etc.
I have worked with a wide variety of businesses
from SMEs to large, multi-national organist
ions.
I carry out assessments on behalf of independent
certification bodies to ISO 9001.
