Have successfully completed this pilot programme attracting 109 Companies and 138 people to 11 Customer Retention Workshops throughout the East Midlands during February and March 2008.  30 Companies have gone on to enjoy In-House Support from Specialists to support what they learned on the Workshops.  The feedback from Workshop attendees was excellent.  Here are a few comments.
